Match report A bad start to the day with being stuck on the M4 and around Chippenham, meant arriving 40 mins later than planned and things didn't get better once we started.
Oscar Wilson scored 70 against us in the same fixture last year which was his maiden 50 and in this game scored his maiden century. His score of 177 is the 3rd highest against us (218 and 202 the highest).
It is only the 3rd time that the opposition have scored over 300, all away games (400 and 352 the highest).

Patrick's 2 wickets and Paul Farmer's 2 wickets means they are both now joint 11th on the all-time wicket takers list for 2nd XI league wickets, with 62 wickets each.

Zak Trivedi's score of 9 is his highest in league cricket for the 2's beating his previous highest score of 5.
John Slack's score of 17no is his highest in league cricket for the 2's beating his previous highest score of 13.
John has now passed 100 league runs (105) for the 2's so he becomes the 6th known player to achieve the double of 100 runs and 100 wickets. The others are Will Townsend, Chris Edgington, Jeff Heasman, Mike Tuffnell and Mike Heasman. No complete info from 1999 season yet so Tony Watts may also be on the list as he currently has 99 wickets plus any from 1999.

A bad journey, one of our worst fielding days in terms of ground fielding and disappointing not to have scored 200 for extra batting points despite 3 personal batting bests and some generous extras.
