The Annual General Meeting of Buscot Park Cricket Club will take place at 7.30pm, Thursday 16 November 2017 at the Crown Inn (back room), Faringdon.
An agenda of business for the meeting is available here along with minutes of the 2016 AGM.
All members are welcome and encouraged to attend, Juniors and their parents are welcome too. Key items for discussion will be club finances, including setting subscriptions and match fees and election of officers.
I will be stepping down as club secretary this year. I have enjoyed performing this roll for the club and I thank everyone for their support and patience (!) over the years, cheers!! We will thus need to elect a new secretary at the AGM, if you are interested in this roll and want to know more and/or wish to put your name forward please contact me.
The AGM is everyone’s chance to have a say in the future of our club, all senior members can vote on the proposals which shape the way the club is run. Please come along if you can make it.
