BUSCOT PARK CRICKET CLUB

Well the start to the season faltered last week due to the weather, but this weekend with a sunny forecast we get underway on Sunday with our annual single wicket competition

Open to all playing members, down to, and including, under15 squad members who would like play - umpires and scorers also very welcome

To give us some idea on numbers please reply to Andy or myself that you will be coming along

(In case you don't know what a 'single wicket competition' is, briefly each player gets drawn against another; with fielders made up from the rest of the competition each pair plays by batting and bowling for one over (TBC) against each other; the one who scores the most runs wins - great fun, come and give it a go!!

Meet at 1pm and the start will be at 1.30pm promptly, bar open, hope to have the BBQ going so please bring along friends and family and let's get the season off to a flyer

This will also be a great opportunity to pay your subscription for the season if you have not done so already - they are now due!!
