Dear All,
You will all have previously received details of our annual dinner already. Many of you have indicated that you will attend however we have had only a few confirmed replies with payment and menu choices. We need to have a sufficient number of confirmed attendees soon to be sure the event will be viable and we cannot let down our caterers at short notice. So please could those of you that are planning to attend the dinner reply to me with your menu choices and payment by the end of this week (20 Sept). You can pay by cash, cheque or via electronic banking (ask me for details). My contact details are below.
Sadly John has suffered a sudden bereavement in the family and so I have agreed to take over running the dinner, please direct all correspondence to me.
The dinner is a great opportunity for club members and families to get together. We will be presenting the annual awards to those successful players this season (young and old!) and of course there will be the usual banter.
