Match report The re-arranged game against Shrivenham had to be played as a friendly due to the Leagues strange ruling that a game must be played upto 6 days after the cancelled game despite still having 6 weeks to get it in ! !
Shrivenham started slowly due to Louis Bouwers and Will Findlay-Wilson's fine opening spells , the score after 6 overs 14 for 2.S.Winskill batted well for Shrivenham while D.McHenry hit 5 fours, spinners Scott Peaper,Andy Capper and Nick Moody took 5 wickets between them as Shrivenham reached 98 , Extras top scored with 31(25 wides and 2 no balls !)
A sensible run chase followed with Will Oglesby (30) and Nick Moody (17) and Extras again top scoring with 43(29 wides and 4 no balls ) meant Buscot passed the target with 9 balls left.
I think both sides will have bowling practice next week !
