Match report Winning the toss and opting to bat, we seemed well set with a good batting line-up until Ian Oglesby got an early jaffa, after which there were several starts but no-one went on to build a big score and in the end we limped to 96 all out in 30 overs.

However, spearheaded by a virtually unplayable spell from Ian Oglesby and 2 wickets in the opening over, we were quickly amongst them as they struggled to score. Tight spells from Chris Burgess, Nick Babcock and especially Will Oglesby with a miserly 2 for 10 off 7 overs meant Bampton were actually in danger of running out of overs, before eventually limping over the line with the help of some generous late wides.....
